SURELOK | Concealed Fix Systems

SURELOK | Concealed Fix Systems

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Surelok is an SABS tested profile. The Surelok profile maintains an effective cover width
of 695mm. One of the key advantages of Surelok is that it is able to be roll formed on site, allowing for large scale roofing to be completed at a faster rate than most conventional profiles. Bullnosing of Surelok can occur through a minimal internal radius of 450mm. Please note that it is not possible to reverse crank Surelock sheets.

LENGTH AND ROOF PITCH

Roofco Surelok can be installed on roofs with pitches as low as 2 degrees.
Maximum transportable lengths of 13.2m are available as deliverable items, whilst lengths exceeding 13.2m necessitate on site rolling.

Max length produced to date is at 71 meters per single length.

SABS LOAD TEST

Surelok has been tested by the SABS to withstand wind loading of 191 km/h at 1800mm purlin spaces as a static wind load test. Product tested as per SANS 10160 1989 and withstood pressures of 1.5 KN. Recommendations for extreme wind conditions include closer purlin spacing and suggested perimeter positive fixing using saddle washers to compensate for expansion and contraction.
