PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Designed specifically for the Southern African climate, Coloursure is a premium coated and prepainted steel sheet for medium to high end industrial and residential developments where longevity and performance are key requirements. Coloursure has been tested in South Africa’s climate for an excess of over 10 years showing its superior colour retention and corrosion resistance.
COATING AND CORROSION PERFORMANCE
Coloursure is coated with a formulated aluminium and zinc coating that ensures the products corrosion resistance in moderate coastal areas.
All materials carry a minimum of AZ150
(150 grams/m2) of SureAZ coating for use in applications upto
1000 meters from breaking surf.
For use of 200 meters to
1000 meters from breaking surf, Coloursure AZ200 premium sheeting will be required.
WARRANTY
Coloursure and SureAZ are warrantied for periods of upto 15 years on application. Environmental conditions and proximity to moisture will be taken into consideration on warranty issuance.
AVAILABILITY
SureAZ appears in matte silver in its natural form and is available in thicknesses of 0.47mm and 0.53mm.
Coloursure is available in a range of colours ranging from the traditional to the more modern color applications. Thickness range remains at 0.47mm and 0.53mm. The superior paint and coating technology offers you a similar lifespan across the thickness range.

TESTING
Coloursure and SureAZ undergo stringent laboratory and metallurgy testing to maintain it’s quality.
METALLURGICAL TESTING:
Allows us to confirm the material thickness and hardness. Coating compositions and masses are regularly tested to ensure it’s longevity.
